My fellow PubGuy and mentor, PGAdam, had a great idea that I'm going to somewhat duplicate here. I really really want to know who is reading these write-ups that we put our blood, sweat, and tears, and sometimes brains, into. Most of the time this write-up is uproariously hilarious... at least in my opinion, and I hope you are getting that too! For this week however I want to change the tone to see if you indeed are taking the time to enjoy reading this as much as I enjoy writing it. So, here's what I want...
Starting from tonight on, I will be putting a question or challenge in each week's write-up to give you an extra point for taking the time to read about the game. It could be anything from an extra trivia question, coming to tell me a goofy word or phrase, or even a stupid human trick that you can do for me the night of the game. Hell, we might even involve your whole team in it. When it comes to the challenges/clues, you'll need to read closely, and remember well. Be warned... I'm not above trick questions. ;)
I made several announcements about this tonight, so hopefully you were listening. For next week I want you to simply tell me how much you LOVE PubGuys Trivia. It'll be worth an extra point for your team, and it'll make us feel oh so good! Congrats to Vulcan Sphincter, and Just the Tip for grabbing that fantastic First Place giftcard. Y'all played a game to be remembered! And thank you to all of the teams for making this slow night so much freaking fun!
