Tonight was a surprisingly good time. The crowd was small, but that lent itself to a very easy time of interacting with everyone. It seems that there is something going on right now at the university that is holding the students enthrall, but I digress.

The evening started with eager anticipation from those that showed up early for the Sound Check Question. If you're curious about that, then you need to show up at least 15 minutes early for each game. As Game One started we were already having some laughs, and everyone was ready for some tough competition! In Round One we experienced Marines texting Gandalf about the gift Athena gave to Athens, while Bruce Banner sat to the side, green with evny. In Round Two the PubGuys gave everyone a break with a failry easy theme all about the Roaring 20's. Round Three concluded with what everyone thought would bring about the apocalypse. Just Here for the Beer went head-to-head with Just the Tip for a tie breaker to determine the winner for Game One. Just the Tip emerged *dirty mind pause* the winner! 

On a personal note I thought it was very cool of my Dad and Brother-in-Law to come see me and play. Thanks guys!

Now it was time for the Hour of Power! The crowd got a little smaller, but that made it even more fun. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE a big crowd, but smaller crowds sometimes are a nice change of pace. In Round One we played in Fields of gold along the banks of the river Shannon and the sides of The Highway to Heaven while Cupid poured nectar on Catherine of Aragon. Theres a visual for ya! Round Two brought us some great Japanise culture, and Round Three turned into a hard fought battle between our four teams. In the end it was all about the Kitchen Timer question which helped bring Kinematic Allstars to a First Place finish followed closely by Just the Tip.
