It's always great when you get to work in the morning, and learn that you have to make a very long drive that day. Today was such a day. Nine hours on the road just hoping that I would make it back in time to host my favorite trivia game, PubGuys Trivia! I must say that I have some awesome people in my life. Beccy helped me find my zen, and chilled me out. Maggie and Randall were there to back me up, and together they all helped me not stress about it. Long story short, I was able to get the work done, and arrived at WOB-SMU in plenty of time. As the crowd began to arrive I took a look at the teams that were playing, and knew this was going to be a night full of tough competition!

Game One started off in fine form with us getting the "411" on the Adventures of Huckleberry Montana trying to find the perfect frequency modulation in Boston. Round Two showed us that all of our teams deserved to be in the HALL of Fame of Trivia. Round Three showed that Ferdinand and Isabella used their Discover card to fund Columus' expedition to the United Republic of Tanzania. It was also thought by some that Leonard Nimoy, not Brent Spiner, played Data's father, and Moe and Curley shared some brotherly love with Elvis. Throughout the game Just the Tip squeezed into the top standings only to be pushed out in the end by The Douchenators and Guidonian Hands, both winning First and Second respectively. 

After taking a small break to refill our beers and reset our brains, it was time to play the Hour of Power. In Round One we celebrated Earth Day by eating Tiramisu in Denmark with our Friends, and enjoying The Kiss of the Spiderwoman. In Round Two we all just  needed a little more SPACE. Round Three had us going on an Adventure to ING in the Netherlands while Amik kept the party going by spinning the 16's on the turntable. BANGARANG! As it was in Game One, so it was in Game Two. The Douchenators grabed that $25 win while Guidonian Hands took home the $10 prize.
