...Mr. Grinch! Yep, I went full Grinch tonight, outfit and all, as we gathered for a wonderful night of Christmas Trivia at Cowtown Brewing Co.!

Game 1:
A Grinch of a week and another amazing night of Trivia at Cowtown Brewing Co.! As people got ready for the Holiday and were taking time off, they joined me tonight for 2 fun filled hours of Christmas Themed Trivia!
With 2 rounds in, Jingle Balls and Mistle Hoes were in the lead with 12 points. Hot Tequila was sitting in 2nd place at 10 points, tied with Mr. Solo Dolo. We then had a sleigh full of teams sitting at 8 and 9 points. This game had it all – Charlie Brown, Elf, Santa Claus, and many other Christmas movies, including my favorite The Grinch!
We had plenty of fun bonus questions too, as I knew these teams and know how they love to end in a tie. Thankfully, not tonight! As I channeled my inner Grinch, we went into the final round of the game 1. With 7 points in round 3 and an amazing 9 bonus points, Jingle Balls and Mistle Hoes took a 1-point win over Hot Tequila. From last to 1st, it was a close game as only 8 points separated all the teams. What a great start to a Holiday Weekend!

Game 2:
As we settled down for a long winter nap, with hot food in our belly and cold beer in our glass, game 2 started! It was tough sledding in round 1 as some of the teams appeared to be in a food coma, only getting 1 point. However, there were plenty of bonus points and 2 more rounds to go. With 8 points in round 2 Jingle Balls and Mistle Hoes thought they had another victory in hand. However, Hot Tequila had different thoughts. The D-Rocks and Santa and his Ho Ho Ho’s were also thinking of being a grinch and taking the win away!
Round 3 and 3 points was the theme this game as all our top teams received 3 points for the round. However, with 12 bonus points, Hot Tequila warmed up and roasted the chestnuts over an open fire to take the win in game 2. Jingle Balls and Mistle hoes were hanging under the mistle toe trying to figure out what happened as they fell to 2nd place. The D-Rocks, Santa and his ho ho ho’s and Ice rounded out our top 5 teams.
