Tuesday night at Cowtown Brewing Company delivered exactly what PubGuys Trivia fans have come to expect: a packed house, cold beer flowing freely, and the irresistible aroma of Outpost 36 BBQ keeping everyone fueled for battle. From the moment the first question hit the air, it was clear this was going to be one competitive—and wildly fun—night of trivia.

We played one epic game of PubGuys Trivia, made up of six rounds with bonus questions sprinkled throughout to keep teams on their toes. The crowd was loud, engaged, and ready to throw down some knowledge, proving once again that Tuesday nights at Cowtown are anything but quiet.

Rounds 1 & 2 came out swinging. Dangit Booby wasted no time making a statement, jumping out front with strong early scores and grabbing the early lead. Right on their heels were FTG and 67, both staying within striking distance. Meanwhile, Dead Phish, Hot Tequila, and Spooning Leads to Forking were feeling things out, settling in and waiting for the perfect moment to strike. After two rounds, the leaderboard was tight, and nobody was comfortable.

As we moved into Rounds 3 & 4, momentum started to shift. FTG surged in Round 4 with a standout performance, briefly threatening to take control of the game. Dangit Booby answered right back, refusing to give up the top spot without a fight. Dead Phish quietly put together solid rounds, while Hot Tequila and Spooning Leads to Forking chipped away, proving they weren’t going anywhere. The bonus questions became crucial here, and every point mattered as the middle of the pack tightened dramatically.

By the time Rounds 5 & 6 rolled around, the room was buzzing. 67 delivered a huge Round 5 to climb back into contention, while Dangit Booby stayed steady and composed under pressure. FTG kept things interesting, but the final round sealed the deal. Dangit Booby closed strong, locking in the win with consistent play across all six rounds and smart bonus-question decisions.

When the dust settled, the standings were clear—no tiebreaker was needed this time—but everyone knew just how close it was. The competition was tough from start to finish, the laughs were loud, and the energy in the brewery never dipped. Nights like this are exactly why Cowtown Trivia Tuesdays have become must-attend events.
