Whew, what a night! The beer was smooth and refreshing, the food was out of this world, and the trivia was off the chain! You guys are continuing to arrive in great numbers and frequency, making for some great competition! Not to mention some pretty tough questions for the night.

Game One started out pretty easy, but that changed quickly. Some good debate was had between team members, a little second guessing and a lot of head scratching were what I witnessed. It makes me think that the challenge is a good one for y'all. 100% accuracy on every question was not to be seen, but many teams were very close to that mark. Others felt it would serve them better to join up with another team to increase their chances. At the end of the game it would be a very jet-lagged but still sharp Illuminaughty team that won Second, and those Mudda Farg'n Iceholes would grab First!

The Hour of Power was basically the same story, even though there were some funny things happening as the game wore on. For example, apparently Kunta Kinte was played by three different actors, depending on what phase of life they were portraying, which led to this PubGuy reading that question several funny ways. You guys even encouraged me to do a little cursing, which I was happy to accommodate. =) Want to know the results of the winnings? Refer to Game One, and you'll have it.

Great prizes, and lots of fun are in store! Gather your team, focus on the force within you, and lets do battle in a World of Beer far, far away! This PubGuy is really excited about this game! Speaking of next week, all you need to do for that extra point is have at least one team member in Star Wars gear. If your whole team is "geared up" it's worth two extra points!
