Welcome back to the more relaxed, easy going evenings of PubGuys Trivia. The pressure is off with the League being finished up for awhile, and congratulations to the Mudda Farg'n Iceholes for winning the local league for the North Dallas area. It was a tight one! Also as I mentioned last week, congrats to all six Plano teams that were in the top standings! I had some fun watching some of our regular teams have to play "musical tables" last night, as there was already a great crowd coming into the game. Even one table promising to come back after they ran home to let the dog out, even though they had never played, and they kept that promise! Thanks for that!
Ok, enough of that. Let's explore the games. During the night we learned that John Belushi danced the "Hully Gully" in Finding Dory, that New Zealand is best known for Kiwi's and Kangaroo sex, Garfield's teddy bear was named Lasagna, and the world's "highest" golf course is in Denver. I see what you were thinking there... We also enjoyed seeing some new names in the top standings throughout each game. It truly was one of those nights that was "anybody's game." In the end though there can only be two winners. For Game One it would be Plowing the North Forty that would take home the top prize, while the Mudda Farg'n Iceholes grabbed a close Second. Now take those results and flip them for the Second Game.
There you have it. It was certainly a fun night for me, and hopefully for y'all as well. Keep bringing your A-Game, and keep that humor flowing. For next weeks bonus point, tell me what period of history you would like to have lived during, and what you'd be doing if you lived at that time.
Have a fantastic week!
