It's a whole New Year here at Chuggin' Monk with PubGuys Trivia! We had another GREAT time playing trivia, for FREE, all night long! And by all night, I mean 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM every Thursday! If your New Year's resolution is to try something new, learn something every week, or even just to try different beers, come on out every week with PubGuys Trivia and flex your brain muscle! It's a great way to hang with friends, grab a bite to eat, and learn something, all in one place! If you're curious, here's what happened this week:
Game Summary
This week we saw the return of Hoe Throat and Dude Abides, with Game of Bones standing in for regulars Mike Hawke (w/ an E). Starting in Round 2, and almost making it into the top three, we also had Arthur Young explode into the game late, and their momentum led to an amazing run during Round 5. Hoe Throat was hot on the tails of Game of Bones and Dude Abides, but suddenly had to depart before Round 6. Had they stayed, they had a viable chance of taking 2nd place from Dude Abides. In the end, Game of Bones won by 5 points, with Dude Abides trying his best to win the first game of the year. Here's one that everyone missed:
