This week was another AMAZING week of trivia at Chuggin' Monk with PubGuys Trivia! You can look at our write-ups over the past year; EVERY Thursday (save for sports events) we're at Chuggin' Monk, and EVERY week we give you a summary of what you missed! Our lovely teams play, for FREE, every week, vying for a chance to win a $25 (1st place) or $10 (2nd place) gift card to Chuggin' Monk! Not only is it a lot of fun, but the food and drinks specials are especially great! If you couldn't make it, here's what you missed:
Game Summary
This week we had five teams playing, with Rylee's Alone as one of the newer teams. Joining them were the usual suspects: Hoe Throat, Mike Hawke (w/ an E), Dude Abides, and the bi-weekly large group we have, Heated Trivialry. As always it was great seeing everyone this week, and it was quite an eventful game! Mike Hawke (w/ an E) and Dude Abides fought for 1st and 2nd place through most of the rounds, with Hoe Throat jumping into the game at the beginning of Round 1. Although they had a late start, Hoe Throat was able to sneak into 2nd place by the end of the game, landing slightly behind Mike Hawke (w/ an E) in 1st, with 33 points.
Although the game was VERY close, there was one question that everyone missed:
I'm pretty aware of all the antics the mascot gets into, thanks to YouTube, but apparently nobody knew his name is:
