Not tonight!  We had Smart to Smart!

Newcomers, Smart to Smart, made an appearance and the game was on!  Regulars, Slash’s Autograph, Friends of Snap, Dimestore Drinkers and Spooning Leads to Forking welcomed them in with open arms and then the game was on!

Midway through our game we had a fight for first!  We had Smart to Smart at 17 points, but Friends of Snap would not go quietly into the night!  They were tied at 17 and Slash’s Autograph were not far behind at 14 points.  This was no runaway but Smart to Smart came to play.  With 3 rounds to play, who would emerge as victor?  It was all on the line as we changed the game, for this night only, to a Winner Takes All game!

Going into our final round we had a 1-point difference between first place and second place.  While our third-place team was still in it, only 6 points out of first place.  The final round is never an easy round, as Friends of Snap discovered, only getting 1 point.  Slash’s Autograph made a late charge getting 6 points in the final round, but they had to much of a deficit to overcome and could not catch the winners.  Congrats to Smart to Smart on their win!  Can they repeat next week?  Come find out for yourself and see if you can take the crown from them!

A huge shoutout to the CBC Southlake Tap House staff for taking care of all the trivia heads.  You make my job a lot easier!
