Thursday night at Division Brewing Co. was packed with trivia lovers, cold drinks, loud cheers, and plenty of friendly competition as PubGuys Trivia took over the taproom. This week featured one epic six-round game, with random bonus questions sprinkled throughout to keep every team guessing and the scoreboard shifting. The crowd was amazing, the brewery was buzzing, and the battle for the top spot stayed intense right through the final question.
The opening round immediately showed that this was going to be a competitive night. Periodic Table Dancers and You’ve Been Served both started with 7 points, sharing the early lead. Church of the Moose Oak, Where the Fuck Is Stephen?, and The Cat’s Meow were also right in the mix after strong first rounds.
Round 2 gave Periodic Table Dancers the first clear advantage. Their impressive 9-point performance pushed them to 16 points, while You’ve Been Served followed closely with 14. Ringers made a nice move with 8 points in the round, reaching 13 overall, while several other teams remained within striking distance. At the halfway mark, Periodic Table Dancers had control—but there was still a long way to go.
Then came the first major lead change. You’ve Been Served delivered an excellent 8-point Round 3, moving to 22 points and edging ahead of Periodic Table Dancers, who reached 21. Boats and Hoes also surged into the conversation with a strong 8-point round, climbing to 19.
Round 4 saw Periodic Table Dancers reclaim the lead with another impressive 8-point performance. They moved to 29 points, one ahead of You’ve Been Served at 28. Meanwhile, 23 & Goose made the night’s biggest charge, scoring 8 points in Round 4 after a slower start and putting themselves firmly into the middle of the pack.
Round 5 tightened the race even further. Both Periodic Table Dancers and You’ve Been Served posted 9-point scores, keeping the margin razor thin. Boats and Hoes remained comfortably in third, while 23 & Goose and Church of the Moose Oak were locked in a battle for fourth.
In the final round, the leaders showed why they belonged at the top. Periodic Table Dancers and You’ve Been Served both scored 9 points, but Periodic Table Dancers held on to win with a final total of 52, including 5 bonus points. You’ve Been Served finished just two points back at 50. Boats and Hoes completed a strong night in third with 44.
There was no tie for either of the top two positions, so no tie-breaker question was needed. Still, the close finish kept everyone watching until the final scores were announced.
1st – Periodic Table Dancers – 52
2nd – You’ve Been Served – 50
3rd – Boats and Hoes – 44
