The night kicked off with a full house and 17 teams vying for glory. From round one, it was clear we had some competitive contenders. “Killer Rabbit” came out swinging and never let up. With a consistent performance across all three rounds (6-7-7) and a solid bonus round, they secured first place with 24 points, topping the leaderboard and earning both bragging rights and some sweet prizes.
Hot on their heels were three teams neck-and-neck at 17 points:
“Okapi” showed strong early on but hit a snag in Round 3.
“St. Patrick Was Scottish” brought the energy with a comeback round.
“Did You Know? We Don’t Know” lived up to their name, edging out a tie for second despite a shaky bonus round.
Meanwhile, “Tired Teachers” and “Beer Pressure” fought hard and stayed within reach, landing at 16 and 15 points respectively—proving that sometimes caffeine and hops can power your trivia brain just as well as rest.
Some honorable mentions include:
“Blue Tailed Hawks” and “The Griswalds,” tied at 14 and showing flashes of brilliance.
“Knuckle Heads” surprised everyone with a strong Round 3 (6 points!), climbing from behind.
“Brew Krew,” while bringing all the spirit and good vibes, will go down as the evening’s underdogs with 2 points—but they’ll be back!

“St. Patrick Was Scottish” made a huge comeback, proving their consistency and trivia chops by leading the pack with 23 points, thanks to a powerhouse performance in Round 1 and a flawless bonus round.
But the real story of Game 2? A three-way tie for second at 22 points between:
“Did You Know? We Don’t Know” – who clearly do know, especially in Round 3 where they dropped a perfect 7.
“Okapi” – again showing up as a top-tier trivia force.
“Guys & Gals” – who pulled off the best bonus round score of the night with 7 points, catapulting them into the top three.

Not everyone had a comeback, though—“The Griswalds” and “The Winners by Default” struggled to get out of the gate. But that’s trivia: win or lose, there’s always next week and another round of laughs, beer, and head-scratching questions.
