Thursday night at Keyworth Brewing Co. was an absolute belter! The brewery was packed, the crowd was electric, and two full games of PubGuys Trivia delivered drama, comebacks, and not one—but two—tie-breaker showdowns. With three rounds per game and random bonus questions sprinkled throughout, every table knew the margin for error was razor thin. The competition is always tough at Keyworth, and this week proved it again.
Game 1 opened with fireworks as Did You Know? We Don’t Know and Cody Sucks both posted strong 7-point first rounds. Close behind were Something Random and Killer Rabbits, poised to strike.
Round 2 shifted the momentum. Something Random delivered a big 7-point round, moving into the overall lead at the halfway mark with 12 points. Meanwhile, Did You Know? We Don’t Know cooled off with 2 in the second round, and Killer Rabbits quietly stayed within striking distance thanks to steady scoring and bonus points. After two rounds, Something Random had control—but not comfort.
In Round 3, the pressure mounted. Killer Rabbits posted a strong 6-point finish, while Did You Know? We Don’t Know added 5. Something Random stayed consistent with 4 plus a massive bonus total, locking in first place with 20 points.
But the real drama? A tie for second place at 18 between Did You Know? We Don’t Know and Killer Rabbits.
That meant one thing: tie-breaker time.
One player from each team stepped forward. Ten seconds on the clock. Pens flying. The entire brewery went silent as answers were handed in. When the reveal came, Killer Rabbits edged it, claiming second place bragging rights.

Game 2 reset the board—and the intensity didn’t drop.
Round 1 saw Cody Sucks jump out with 5 points, while Something Random and Killer Rabbits stayed close with 5 of their own. G Force started slower with 3, but don’t let that fool you.
After Round 2, Something Random led with 11 (5+6), while Cody Sucks sat at 9 and G Force climbed to 8. The leaderboard was stacked, and bonus points were keeping everyone within reach.
Then came Round 3—and chaos.
G Force exploded for 8 points, the biggest round of the game, while Cody Sucks added 7. When the totals were calculated, both teams landed at 18 points. Another tie at the top. Another tie-breaker.
Again, one player per team stepped up. Ten seconds. One question. No room for error.
When the answers were revealed, G Force claimed victory by the slimmest of margins, leaving Cody Sucks in a hard-fought second place.
