Thursday night at Keyworth Brewing Co. was one for the books! The taproom was absolutely packed, the pints were flowing, and the competition was fierce as we dove into two AWESOME games of PubGuys Trivia. The energy from the crowd was electric, and every team came ready to battle for bragging rights, gift cards, and glory.
The first game kicked off with fourteen teams crowding around their tables, pencils in hand and brains firing on all cylinders. After the first two rounds, it was clear this was going to be a tight contest. Club Shay Shay and Did You Know? We Don’t Know came out strong, each notching 14 points by the end of Round 2. Hot on their heels were You Pick and Killer Rabbits, both sitting at 10 points.
The final round, however, flipped the leaderboard upside down. You Pick found their stride with an impressive 8-point surge in Round 3, while Club Shay Shay kept steady with 6. Killer Rabbits and Did You Know? We Don’t Know both finished strong as well, creating a nail-biting ending. When the dust settled, we had a tie for first place at 19 points between Club Shay Shay and You Pick.
That meant only one thing: tie-breaker time! One player from each team was called up to face the pressure of a single, sudden-death trivia question. Ten seconds, one answer, all or nothing. In the end, Club Shay Shay came out victorious, claiming the $25 gift card. You Pick earned the $15 gift card for second place, while Did You Know? We Don’t Know and Killer Rabbits tied at 18 points, with bragging rights going to Did You Know? We Don’t Know for edging into third position by bonus tally.

The second game of the night was just as intense, with teams eager to shake off earlier losses or cement their dominance. Killer Rabbits set the tone early, leaping ahead with 14 points through the first two rounds, putting pressure on the field. You Pick was close behind with 12, while Club Shay Shay sat at 10 and kept themselves within striking distance.
Then came Round 3, and it was an absolute clinic by You Pick. They stormed ahead with a massive 11-point final round—by far the best round of the night—to finish at 23 points overall. The Rabbits couldn’t keep pace, closing with 18, while Club Shay Shay secured third with 15.
No tie-breaker was needed this time—You Pick claimed redemption with a commanding win and the $25 gift card. Killer Rabbits happily took home the $15 gift card, and Club Shay Shay held firm to snag third-place bragging rights.
